Hello!

Sitting on an Acer Aspire 6930G with Windows 7 Ultimate x64.

I'm getting BSOD so often these days with the following error.

Problem signature:
Problem Event Name: BlueScreen
OS Version: 6.1.7600.2.0.0.256.1
Locale ID: 1053

Additional information about the problem:
BCCode: a
BCP1: 0000000000000000
BCP2: 0000000000000002
BCP3: 0000000000000000
BCP4: FFFFF800027EA477
OS Version: 6_1_7600
Service Pack: 0_0
Product: 256_1

Is Windows 7 .
- x86 (32-bit) or x64 ? - 64
- the original installed OS on the system?-NO
- an OEM or full retail version?- full retail
- OEM = came pre-installed on system
- Full Retail = you purchased it from retailer

- What is the age of system (hardware)? - 2009
- What is the age of OS installation (have you re-installed the OS?) -2010 i think and i reinstalled it yesterday

I tried to reinstall Windows 7, but without success. tried to update my ATI drivers but nothing. It is becoming untenable when one can barely complete a download without a bluescreen and restart.

Thank you!

Hello Gatsu, and welcome.

BUG

Looks like you had a few problems with an Intel Wireless WiFi Link Driver. Is there any chance that you could uninstall it from the Control Panel? You should not install it again from the DVD the motherboard came with, but find it HERE.

OLD DRIVERS

Code:
winbondcir winbondcir.sys Wed Mar 28 07:50:09 2007 (460A0211)
VSTCNXT6 VSTCNXT6.SYS Thu Oct 16 02:52:22 2008 (48F69046)

How to find Drivers:
- search Google for the name of the driver
- compare the Google results with what's installed on your system to figure out which device/program it belongs to
- visit the web site of the manufacturer of the hardware/program to get the latest drivers (DON'T use Windows Update or the Update driver function of Device Manager).
- if there are difficulties in locating them, post back with questions and someone will try and help you locate the appropriate program.

Fred.
