bsod on 1 week old acer

my mother bought a new Acer Aspire 5552 from Micro center 8 days ago....and sens then shes had 2 BSODs. now shes not downloading anything or over heating it...i have attached the BSOD Dump & System File Collection zip as suggested... as well as a screen shot of PC wizard, as for the System report it would not allow me to execute this...
I might also add that this happened also on her previous laptop a Toshiba Satellite...
and what i don't understand the most is my pc doesn't do any of these random freezes and B-screens...what the hell is she doing to these poor laptops?lol

To enable us to assist you with your computer's BSOD symptoms, upload the contents of your "\Windows\Minidump" folder.

The procedure:

* Copy the contents of \Windows\Minidump to another (temporary) location somewhere on your machine.
* Zip up the copy.
* Attach the ZIP archive to your post using the "paperclip" (file attachments) button.



To ensure minidumps are enabled:

Go to Start, in the Search Box type: sysdm.cpl, press Enter.
Under the Advanced tab, click on the Startup and Recovery Settings... button.
Ensure that Automatically restart is unchecked.
Under the Write Debugging Information header select Small memory dump (256 kB) in the dropdown box (the 256kb varies).
Ensure that the Small Dump Directory is listed as %systemroot%\Minidump.
OK your way out.
Reboot if changes have been made.

Now there is nothing in the minidump file....is there another place to look

Did you ensure minidumps are being created as indicated in my post?

Yeah it was there when i created a zip...but the copy isn't there any more...
I'll see if i can find the files on the Toshiba tomorrow morning...
