Hi Adroc

these were caused by memory corruption. I would download a 3rd party app called memtestx86, burn it to cd, and run it for at least 7 passes

let us know if you need help

Ken

i ran a pass of memtest i think theres a new version out for multicore processors with more than 4 g of ram
the 1 pass took nearly 6 hours or so and didnt come up w any problems.....it was the older version of memtest i think, also do i leave in all 12 g and test at the same time or am i supposed to remove them 3 at a time?
and is there a way to check if all my drivers are current in one place? i was reading about a program called driver magician not sure if its credible....i apologize if im rabbling i just want this resovled its been such an ongoing saga trying to get the system stable
thank you again for the help

I suspect your video card is causing the issue. Try uninstalling your current drivers in Device Manager, and installing a fresh copy from the box at the bottom of this post.

Update these old drivers:
Code:
AsIO AsIO.sys Mon Dec 17 04:11:49 2007
JmtFltr JmtFltr.sys Fri Sep 28 13:04:57 2007
vhidmini vhidmini.sys Fri Sep 28 13:21:57 2007
adfs adfs.SYS Thu Jun 26 16:52:37 2008
How To Find Drivers:
- search Google for the name of the driver
- compare the Google results with what's installed on your system to figure out which device/program it belongs to
- visit the web site of the manufacturer of the hardware/program to get the latest drivers (DON'T use Windows Update or the Update driver function of Device Manager).
- if there are difficulties in locating them, post back with questions and someone will try and help you locate the appropriate program.
- - The most common drivers are listed on this page: Driver Reference
- - Driver manufacturer links are on this page: Drivers and Downloads
