Since 1 month I have trouble with Bluescreens and I don´t know what to do. They show up pretty randomly. I have checked already the ram and 500Gb HDD. I already installed a new audio driver and it is still coming up.

Please help me! I attached all dump files I had. I already set the whole notebook back to original status after saving my data externally...

Thanks phil

Hi,

thanks for your help this was pretty good so far. So I managed to download and install all drivers and bios. One question about the Intelstorage driver. The one I have is the newest for Win 7-64 bit which is my OS. The download center shows a newer version for Windows 7*. Can I use this because it is from 2012 instead of 2009. What does the star mean?

So do you think there will not be BSOD anymore?

Cheers Phil and thanks again

I Am not entirely sure what the star means but It should be compatible with your version of windows and installing the one on the site cant do to much harm, If it does simply uninstall it.

Ok had a look at your new dump file and it looks like it is being caused by your graphics card driver, If you could up date it, the current driver you have installed has been known to cause problems, you can find the drivers here:

Hopefully permanently, or at least until the hardware becomes so obsolete it is no longer capable of doing what you need it to do.
