Good day!

It's been a while since I first encountered a Blue-Screen-Of-Death issue. I have an ASUS GeForce GT 620 1GB 64-bit GPU. I was just playing NBA 2k14 on a typical thursday night, when all of a sudden, the game crashed. The computer operated normally until I shut it down. Then come friday evening, the computer haven't passed the black windows start-up screen. It will reboot after the BSOD once the start-up screen has finished. Good thing my board includes an on-board GPU, and the computer booted normally on that on-board GPU. I checked what had caused the BSOD, and the culprits are these:

nvlddmkm.sys+144684
dxgmms1.sys+ff13
dxgkrnl.sys+5d134

I don't have the proper knowledge to decode what causes my computer to crash. I've read some articles here, I've tried doing some of the suggestions on those articles, like re-installing the directX drivers, re-installing the drivers with the latest release, updating chipset, clear CMOS, but the problem still persist.

I tested my GPU on an AMD board, but it resulted to a BSOD also, with the same culprits I have listed above. I hope someone can help me to find a solution to fix this. I've attached a zip of the .dmp files for reference. Thanks in advance!

You are running an Acer oem_slp Product ID (PID) on a Gigabyte board and your BIOS dates 1 year before the release of Windows 7. Oem_slp comes pre-installed and works with the connection of a SLIC table which is in the BIOS.
This makes your installation counterfeit.
Troubleshooting a counterfeit installation is useless as it is not known what has been modified to your system.
A counterfeit installation contains heavily modified code which causes the system to behave in unexpected ways.
For this reason, analyzing counterfeit systems is unreliable and most analysts won't try it.

I recommend to install a genuine copy of Windows.
If, after you have installed a genuine copy of Windows, you still get BSOD's we'll be happy to assist you.
