BSOD on Boot, Its been awhile

Information recorded, and uploaded, dont see anything wrong in Perfmon, security says doesnt see AV active, but I have MSSE installed and active. Quick scan shows nothing wrong.

System is in my Specs, its the X6, except need to update that I have a 4 bay external raid enclosure (non Raid), I think the last BSOD was caused by a driver of it. No clue what this one is about.

Update (or uninstall) these old softwares\drivers



Silicon Image driver - comes with package for the SIxxxx drivers

Asus ATK0110 ACPI Utility (a known BSOD maker in Win7). Also a part of the Asus PCProbe and AISuite Utilities


ASUSTeK Computer Inc. -Support- Drivers and Download



Finish and post back with any results.

ok got it and still looking for the SIL drivers, the chip is SI and the card is High Point Technologies, using their driver, but I already have the latest update, and the one on HPT website is the same.

The SI driver, looks like it doesn't exist, or at least the chip model number doesn't. Chip is SiliconImage 3726, but looking at its support download page it is NOT listed, doing a google search finds it but clicking on link goes to index page, in the drop down the 3726 is not listed....hmmmmm Not sure if the 3826 is equivalent, as that one says a 1-5 port, whereas the one I have is 4 port....Time to do some digging....ugh
