Quick Background: I just installed windows 7, and downloaded all of the updates, installed drivers from NVidia for my 560ti, and Steam, so I can begin downloading games. I reboot the computer into regular mode, and as stated above, BSOD. I succeed booting into safemode with networking, and am attaching the .dmp file compressed into a .zip. Thanks for your time!

On the driver fusion, I'm getting a "Some entries could not be removed and require driver fusion pro in order to be removed" error. What should I do now?

Ah! finally got it removed. I just installed the driver you recommended, and all seems well until it bsods with the parameter REGISTRY_ERROR. I'll upload the dump, and enable driver verifier to see if that works

I tested the RAM and the GPU. Both are fine.

As I was afraid .... you dont use any real antivirus. MBAM, if it is the pro version too, is a very good on demand virus scanner, not a good real time protector at all. Do it serially:

  1. Scan the entire system with http://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials/166445-windows-defender-offline.html.
  2. Run http://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials/1538-sfc-scannow-command-system-file-checker.html
  3. Install and update Microsoft Security Essentials - Microsoft Windows, run a full system scan with it.
If still the same issue persists, we have to take some serious steps. Reply back with the results as quickly as possible.

That's odd. The most recent bsod reads as follows: NTFS_FILE_SYSTEM with a bug check code of 0x24. I'm running a defrag currently and am going to do another chkdsk after the defrag.

OS
Windows 7 Ultimate x64
Update: Defrag found nothing. Running another chkdsk.

Chkdsk states that the volume is clean.

Hmm, I was on my computer checking the volumes, when a mysterious volume appears below my C: drive. The computer won't let me format it. Could this be the source of the crashes?
