I sometimes get 8 blue dashes at the top left of my screen and then ends up on computer restart. Sometimes I get to the password screen and I enter my password and get a werfault.exe error.

How long have you been running Windows 7 RC? Did you download it from Microsoft or from a Torrent you found?

I got it back in August from Microsoft. It's a real key they sent me.

Edit: I was using the key on my laptop, then I built a desktop and sold my laptop (hd on laptop was wiped of any OS's).

Is this a clean install ie a formatted HDD?

You have a lot of varied fault codes in there but a lot of them are based around memory problems and even one ntfs file system error
Start with the basics, if your OCing stop until you get it sorted
Download memtest86 and run it to check for RAM problems (min 5 passes)or overnight if you can
Run chkdsk or HDD diagnostic software to check drives for errors
Check system files, open command prompt as admin and run sfc /scannow

You also have 2 very old drivers on your system, these need to be updated
ASACPI.sys 13/08/04
razorlow.sys 25/04/05

Try these out then post back your results
