BSOD on ending sleep

This is a problem that occurs only occasionally. The PC may work for a couple of weeks without issue and then crash a couple of times in as many days.

The Issue seems to be connected with the graphics card, although I have the latest driver.

Any help appreciated.

• Open an admin command prompt
• Copy & paste the code below in the command prompt
• Go to your desktop
• Right click CollectedFiles folder and choose sent to and select compressed (zipped) folder
• Upload the zip.
