BSOD on HP 2000 Notebook PC - BAD_POOL_HEADER

My girlfriend's laptop is an HP 2000 Notebook PC, bought second-hand. It's only BSOD'd twice now, and each time it says BAD_POOL_HEADER. I've checked all the drives on the computer and they're all up to date. I'm not sure what causes this? If anyone could give me some insight it would be greatly appreciated.
