BSOD on Laptop frequent now ! like more than 4 times a week

BSOD is now happening frequently!
I'm not sure if this has any connection with BSOD but nowadays when laptop plays videos, screen gets grains and audio gets rusty atleast once when video played( not throughout the video but in some bits)
also wifi adapter has been acting up as well
