My computer has been getting the BSOD with normal use. It's a brand new computer that I assembled myself. The only parts that aren't new are the three internal hard drives, which were salvaged from an older machine. Appreciate any help, thanks in advance!

Welcome aboard.

Your crash dump says: STOP 0x0000003B: SYSTEM_SERVICE_EXCEPTIONwithUsual causes: System service, Device driver, graphics driver, memory.

An investigation into the dump reveals
Code:
fffff880`026fa6c8 fffff880`0f0b6fdcUnable to load image \SystemRoot\system32\DRIVERS\igdkmd64.sys, Win32 error 0n2
*** [COLOR=Red]WARNING: Unable to verify timestamp for igdkmd64.sys
*** ERROR: Module load completed but symbols could not be loaded for igdkmd64.sys

igdkmd64.sys is Intel Graphics driver. You try to update it from Download Center.

Also Free up the startup.

  1. Click on the Start button
  2. Type “msconfig (without quotes), click the resulting link. It will open the System Configuration window.
  3. Select the “Startup” tab.
  4. Deselect all items other than the antivirus.
  5. Apply > OK
  6. Accept the restart.
Let us know the results.
