BSOD on Shutdown then forced restart

Good day.

I am getting inexplicable BSOD on shutdown which forces my PC to restart then when I shutdown, it does the same again - therefore forcing me into a loop.

I would appreciate any help that you guys can provide.

All your BSODs going from the 19th to the 24th are all complaining about MS2Filter.sys which has to do with your gaming mouse. I believe you have a Thermaltake mouse?
