BSOD on shutdown

So recently I've been getting a BSOD every time I shutdown or restart.

Here's a crashlog attached. Also, my rear line in isn't being detected. It was working fine, but then I was rearranging my room and moved my computer somewhere else in the room and now it's not being detected. USB headset works fine.

When I try to uninstall realtek drivers it freezes. I'm pretty sure the cause of the BSOD would be related.

I have an Asus P5N-D, E8400, 4 gigs of Kingston HyperX ram (ran a windows ram test, 1 pass, no errors. tried running with 1 stick at a time, still occurred), Radeon HD 4890.

The BSOD's point to either your Audio drivers or your chipset/storage drivers. As such, the first thing to test is your hard drive(s). Here's a link to free diagnostic tests: HD Diagnostic (read the details at the link)

If the BSOD's continue after this, it may be because of an issue between memory timings and the Win7 OS on the P5 series of mobo's. If that happens, please visit the website of the memory manufacturer and obtain the settings/timings/voltages for your RAM. Then go into the BIOS and use those settings to set the settings/timings/voltages for your RAM (in other words, DON'T use the Auto setting in the BIOS - it'll cause BSOD's)

Thanks for the reply, it's of the best I've received from a tech help forum :)

I'm running the HD scan now, the quick scan came up with nothing, the longer scan will be complete in an estimated 2.5 hours. I do have a feeling it's the audio drivers, as I said, my line-out rear port is no longer functioning.

I was just wondering what the most simple method of uninstalling the drivers would be.

I previously tried to uninstall the realtek drivers, however different error messages came up. Also when I tried to disable the windows audio in the Hardware Manager, the window became unresponsive and froze. I'll get back to you about the exact error messages after this extended test is complete.

I'll also post the additional information you suggested.

Oh, something else I noticed, when I made the CD for this HD test, the BSOD didn't happen, the computer rebooted normally. However, the audio is still an issue.

EDIT:

Seems everything is fixed now. The BSODs somehow resolved themselves, may have been from my fiddling with audio drivers.

The audio also works now after I opened up the case and messed with the onboard audio (pushed it down a bit into the board, may have been knocked a little loose during movement) and pushed down any headers incase they were loose, although they seemed on there pretty tight.
