Your two dumps are nearly identical. Both blame Rt64win7.sys.
Error code 9F, DRIVER_POWER_STATE_FAILURE. Usual causes: Device driver.
I recommend that you uninstall Trend Micro using this uninstall tool: Tool (64 bit). Third party security programs are know to cause BSOD's on some Win 7 systems. Download and install Microsoft Security Essentials in it place.

I find two outdated drivers on your system. One of them was blamed for the crash. Update these drivers. The first one is really obsolete.

Rt64win7.sys Thu Aug 20 12:05:06 2009 - Latest PCIe GBE (GigaBit Ethernet) drivers here: Realtek

Uninstall Trend Micro, update the drivers and reboot. Let's see how your system does. If you get another BSOD, upload it and we will go from there. Let us know how your system is doing.

You are welcome. Generally speaking, July 13, 2009 is the "magic" date for third party Win 7 drivers. Anything that date or later should be good to go. I believe there is an updated driver for Cyberlink. I know there is an update for the Realtek driver.

ah thats good to know...
i just updated the realtek driver... and on to my cyberlink.

whats get me is that fresh install of W7 was perfect until i installed all of MS updates then like clockwork, i started getting BSODs on sleep.
i been dealing with this for 4 months now... im sooo glad you are able to trace this down.. i must have lost so much hair since all this started

I hope this will solve your problems. It could have been cause by either of those drivers by Trend Micro - or all three. I hope there is not another problem behind it.

ok, i removed trendmicro, and my cyberlink program, and i updated to realteks latest driver..
sure enough an hour later i got bsod with device driver power failure...

so... before i even tried to upload more dump files, i just restored to a fresh W7 image i made just prior to my updates....

so as it stands now, i have no MS updates.
and i have the drivers from realtek and cyberlink and even trendmicro installed.
so right now im using all the drivers for my board that was supplied with it...

now, is there anyway other way than installing a windows update, one by one until i get a bsod, to see which one is screwing up my realtek driver?

If it is any consolation, I have to do one or two at a time. Some updates cause my hyperlinks not to work and I have to figure out which ones do that.
