BSOD on sleep

My computer has started BSODing when I send it to sleep.

Specs:
OS - Windows 7 Home Premium 64bit SP1
CPU - AMD Phenom II x4 955
Mobo - ASRock 890 GM Pro3
RAM - Crucial Ballistix 2x2GB 1600MHz CL8
GPU - HD4890 (dedicated) and HD4290 (internal)

System isn't currently OCd.

Get it from Realtek.

Also for the USB ports, first, uninstall and reinstall the USB ports drivers.

1. Right click on Computer icon > manage. It will open the computer management window.
2. Click on "Device Manager" in the left pane, it will list all installed devices up.
3. Expand "USB Serial Bus Controllers" by clicking on the triangle in front of it.
4. Click on one item to select, then right click and uninstall.
5. Do the same for all.
6. Restart the computer.
7. At restart, windows will auto configure the appropriate drivers.

And, Disable USB Selective Suspense too.
USB Selective Suspend - Turn On or Off

For the devices, first, detach all the USB devices other than the keyboard and mouse.
Then, Update the drivers for them all, including the keyboard and mouse, if any third party drivers are installed for them.

I installed some Windows updates and disabled USB Selective Suspense then sent my computer for a restart and it blue screened again while shutting down.

I've attached the system/ dump files for that.

Just finished updating my Ethernet and am now doing the USB drivers.

Uninstalled all the USB controllers and sent for restart - no BSOD.

Reinstalling them all now.

Yes.

I sent my PC for a restart after that and it worked fine then.

I haven't tried sending my PC to sleep yet though, about to do that now.

All seems to be working

Don't understand why my Ethernet drivers would suddenly make my PC BSOD when they have been fine for the past 2 years :/

Good news apparently.

The ethernet driver is old, and it needed to be updated.

Now, observe the computer's behavior for some more time, let us know how it works.

I've been using the same driver with the same hardware for over 2 years.

I understand that it is old, but why would that make my PC stop working. If it worked then, what changed to make it stop working. Also, why are Ethernet Drivers affecting how my computer turns off?
