BSOD on start up, error 0x0000001E

Hello everyone, as the title states upon startup of my Dell inspiron 620 I recieve a BSOD after loggin into my account.
the stop shows 0x0000001E
I am largely computer illiterate, so ill do my best at providing the needed information, however if I have missed something please let me know.

• McAfee and AVG are both a frequent cause to BSOD's. Plus you shouldn't be running two antivirus software on your Pc. It would very well cause problems as BSOD's. Please remove them both using their removal tool: Uninstallers (removal tools) for common antivirus software - ESET Knowledgebase

• Replace with Microsoft Security Essentials and Malwarebytes which are recommended from a strict BSOD perspective. Run a full scan with both (separately) once downloaded, installed and updated. Microsoft Security Essentials, Free antivirus for windows

DO NOT start the free trial of MalwareBytes. Unselect the option when prompted.

• Keep less stuff at the start-up. Only anti-virus, this helps avoid driver conflicts and improves time to log in to windows.
