I can't start up my windows 7 laptop
I had just encountered a BSOD, didnt note down the number that time
but then while it was restarting, I, like an idiot, powered it off
because it took about 5 minutes
and now, it won't start-up at all!
now I'm getting the 0x00000074 error
and I cant even enter into safe mode
please help
