BSOD on Start Up

Hi

Whenever I start up my computer I get a BSOD right after the windows logo comes out. Then it restarts, asks me how to start up windows (I leave it on "Start Windows Normally") then I get to my desktop. Windows tells me this is the problem:

I've now also attached the output from the "SF Diagnostic Tools"

All report some failure with video card or its drivers. The drivers themselves are not that old (July 27, 2012), but there may be a bug with em. Try updating (even with beta) or downgrading them. Otherwise we may need Driver Verifier to crash the system a few times to give us more reliable info. You may also wanna re-seat the video card (if not onboard) and reconnect any aux power connectors to it.
