Solved BSOD on startup before desktop is stable. have seen: USBunci KS.sys

Good Day,
I have been experiencing BSOD starting this afternoon, 8-15-13. I have removed and re-installed both my video card and all 6 ram sticks. I have seen both USBunci and KS.sys in different BSOD pages. Luckily I have Safe Mode with networking working for this post. I have attached a zip file with the diagnostic info as per instructions.

I just tried to restart my system. This is the lasted info from my most recent BSOD:

Thanks for replying so quickly.
I ran SFDT and ran into: "could not find file 'C:windows\dxdiag.txt'

I replaced my video card: Old 1 gb radeon 6800 series with a new pny 2 gb gtx 650.
Problems seem to be solved.
