BSOD on startup once any program is opened, error BCCode 116

Hi, I have started a new job as a systems admin and two machines that were in the server room are both Dell Precision M2400 models. They are both showing the EXACT same symptoms and I cannot seem to determine what is going wrong. Both of them, once booted, will remain powered on if at the desktop, but as soon as the processor gets any load, such as opening ANY program, they freeze and reboot to the BSOD "Attempt to reset the display driver and recover from timeout failed." I would upload the DMP files, but I cannot get any program to open long enough to save them. I gave them both a fresh install of Windows 7 Ultimate x86, have ran Dell Diagnostics, have ran SFC /scan now, memtest and am currently running Hot CPU Tester PRO. I am a recent tech graduate, so I do not have too much experience with this. Any help is appreciated. I will post below the details of the BSOD, although I'm not sure it will be of any help. If anyone knows how I can get the DMP files on here, please let me know. Any and all help is appreciated.

System works fine in safe mode.. Downloaded Blue Screen Viewer and it is throwing an nvlddmkm.sys error.

Please upload the dump files by following the http://www.sevenforums.com/bsod-help-support/96879-blue-screen-death-bsod-posting-instructions.html

If you cannot upload the dump files even in safe mode then it is most likely a Graphics Card fault.
0x116 errors are generally caused by faulty Graphics Cards or bad graphics drivers.

You might have to replace the graphics cards in them.

Is that the correct zip you are looking for? It works fine in safe mode, which is why I do not believe it is a hardware issue.

Yes that is correct, if your PC never crashes in Safe Mode then it's probably software related.

You appear to have the latest driver installed for your graphics card.

Essenbe has a very good tutorial for installing drivers, can you install version 314.22.

There does not seem to be an option for drivers for NVIDIA Quadro 370M on that site. Only GeForce and others.

Make sure you create a system restore point before altering drivers, follow this tutorial on how to create a restore point.

Good morning. I tried downloading version 314.22 from either set, yet neither has that as an option. They both offer the older drivers, but neither have 314.22 specifically available. Below are the drivers offered.

I just finished installing the driver you recommended and not 5 minutes later did it blue screen again just from web browsing.

It now will no longer boot into anything but safe mode. When booting to the standard OS, it blue screens immediately without showing the desktop.

Right, it seems changing driver versions don't help much at this moment in time. Lets try stress testing your GPU to see if it's faulty.

I did that yesterday on both machines and they both leveled off around 86 degrees.
