This error started up this morning on my Samsung Series 9 whenever I boot up windows 7. I can only boot in Safe Mode right now.

I've attached my Windows_NT6_BSOD_jcgriff2 zip file to this post. I was unable to run a system health report because the Resource and Performance Monitor window would come up and give me "An error occured while attempting to generate the report. The System cannot find the path specified."

Laptop specifications:
Samsung Series 9
Windows 7 Home Premium x64 OEM
Laptop is less than a month old.

Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!

No dmp files uploaded try this method

We do need the DMP file as it contains the only record of the sequence of events leading up to the crash, what drivers were loaded, and what was responsible.

You may be able to get the DMP files without crashing by booting into safe mode (F8) with networking.

To enable us to assist you with your computer's BSOD symptoms, upload the contents of your "\Windows\Minidump" folder.

The procedure:

* Copy the contents of \Windows\Minidump to another (temporary) location somewhere on your machine.
* Zip up the copy.
* Attach the ZIP archive to your post using the "paperclip" (file attachments) button.
*If the files are too large please upload them to a file sharing service like "Rapidshare" and put a link to them in your reply.

To ensure minidumps are enabled:

* Go to Start, in the Search Box type: sysdm.cpl, press Enter.
* Under the Advanced tab, click on the Startup and Recovery Settings... button.
* Ensure that Automatically restart is unchecked.
* Under the Write Debugging Information header select Small memory dump (256 kB) in the dropdown box (the 256kb varies).
* Ensure that the Small Dump Directory is listed as %systemroot%\Minidump.
* OK your way out.
* Reboot if changes have been made.

I've followed your instructions to make sure mini dumps were enabled and rebooted into safe mode with networking.

However, the "\Windows\Minidump" folder is empty (0 KB), so there's nothing to upload.

Edit: Now I'm also getting a Memory Management BSOD sometimes when I try booting up to windows.

Edit 2: I'm running a Memtest86 right now. I'm getting all red across the board.. that's not good right?

Edit 3: So I'm hesitant to try to replace my memory using an extra stick from my other laptop because that would require taking apart the entire bottom of the Series 9, which I've read on Samsung's website would void the warranty. Should I just call up Samsung and see if the warranty covers faulty ram?
