Hi tktk88,

Here's some info on your bug checks:
Code:
STOP 0x0000000A: IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL
Usual causes: Kernel mode driver, System Service, BIOS, Windows, [B][COLOR="Red"]Virus scanner[/COLOR][/B],
Backup tool, compatibility
BugCheck A, {0, 2, 0, fffff800030e7f74}
Probably caused by : ntkrnlmp.exe ( nt!KiPageFault+260 )

Probably caused by line says that the blue screen was caused by "ntkrnlmp.exe" but that's not the true cause. So lets do some more digging in your .dmp file :)

Code:

You can see the amount of times Norton/Symantec failed on your system which matches with the usual causes of your bug check, it mentions "virus scanner" on its list. So, my suggestion to you is to remove all Norton/Symantec products from your system completely. Use the Norton Product Removal Tool to do that (2 links below). Download and install free Microsoft Security Essentials, it's light weight and known to be the most compatible antivirus with windows. For additional security you can keep Malware Bytes (Free)

After that, run the System File Checker which the integrity of all protected Windows 7 system files and replaces incorrect corrupted, changed/modified, or damaged versions with the correct versions if possible:

That's all for now. Let us know how it goes. Good luck :)

Interesting to note, I ran System File Checker and it found that my windows mail file msoe.dll file was corrupt...apparently during the windows update earlier in the week this file got replaced with an older version for some reason..........not the first time this has happened after running windows update....I should have looked at that one.........I keep good a copy of the file for that very reason.....I have replaced it with the good file and will monitor the system for a few days and post an update..........

Thanks again for your help
