BSOD on system wake-up

I am facing system crashes on system wake-up that happen from time to time.
Any help much appreciated.

Computer: Dell l502x Windows 7 x64, 8GB RAM Core i7

Uninstall avast.


Download and install Virus, Spyware & Malware Protection | Microsoft Security Essentials
