Hi everyone,

since a month I get BSOD Error while working with my computer. The blue screen appears on diffrent occasions.
- Playing Games
- Computer Idleing
- Browsing Websites
- sometimes even before I can login

BSOD appears sometimes after a few minutes. Sometimes not at all for a couple of days.

It's most of the time the same BSOD "BAD_POOL_HEADER 0x00000019"

- I updated the Graphics Driver already
- I ran Memtest, without any errors
- I installed all windows updates

The computer seems to run well in safe mode.

I also uploaded all information in the attached zip file.

Any help is greatly apreciated!

Santo

Unfortunately the outdated Etron USB3 driver seems to be the issue. As far as I know, there is no updated manufacturer driver, as its an OEM specific driver. Visit your OEM (HP, Dell etc.) website and see if an update is available.
