BSOD on Wake Up. BugCheck 7F

I'm having issue that has been going for several months now. Every time the machine comes out of Sleep after a long period of time it will BSOD. Screen stays black and I have to power off the machine. I will have a BSOD warning when I get it back up. I've updated as many drivers that I can find currently and will keep looking for more. Any help would be really appreciated. I've ran the Diag tool and attached all the file below.

Same error this morning when I woke it up this morning. When it happens the screen never wakes up, but I can see the drives running and then it restarts after the BSOD. Is there any more information I can provide for this?

Welcome to the forum.

Norton is a known cause to BSOD's. Please remove it for testing purpose. Use Microsoft Security Essentials.

If you are overclocking any hardware, please stop. Reset any changed values back to default and reset/clear CMOS: Clear CMOS - 3 Ways to Clear the CMOS - Reset BIOS. Uninstall any overclocking tool as these can also be a reason of blue screens.

Use Revo Uninstaller to uninstall stubborn software. Opt for Advance Mode while uninstalling which allows leftover registry removal:Download Revo Uninstaller Freeware - Free and Full Download - Uninstall software, remove programs, solve uninstall problems
