Bsod on windows 7 / really frequently when opening ie9

I'm not sure that this is related to IE9. I tried to install chrome and the same thing happens.

I'm able to reproduce the problem by repeatedly opening and closing IE or chrome.

I also changed my video card last week but, I reinstalled the old card to make sure that this is not the problem. Minidumps and all diagnostics has been done using the old video card.

Any kind of help could be much apreciated!!
