For about 4 days now I have had an issue where my PC will BSOD within 2 or 3 minutes of starting Windows. After troubleshooting the issue I decided to reformat and re-install, but the issue persists. When logging in via Safe Mode the PC is much more stable, leading me to believe that this could be a driver issue, but I can't determine for sure if this is the case, and if so, which one is causing the issue. No new hardware was added before the issue began to my knowledge.

The exception to the above was yesterday I was able to log in and use my PC without using Safe Mode for a period of approximately 6 hours, and the PC was left on overnight to confirm that things were corrected. This morning the PC was still running, but when I attempted to use the PC later in the afternoon I immediately encountered a BSOD upon clicking my Chrome icon, and the issue continued upon each restart. At this point I am at a loss, and would greatly appreciate any help that can be offered.

I've attached what I believe to be all of the necessary information, but please let me know if there are any further report files needed or additional information.

You uploaded the diagnostic tool instead of the .zip file it creates.

1. Download the DM Log Collector application to your desktop by clicking the link below

DM Log Collector.exe

2. Run it by double-clicking the icon on your desktop, and follow the prompts.
3. Locate the .ZIP file that is created on your desktop, and upload it here in your next reply.

If you haven't done so already, backup all critical data and information to an external USB device, and then check your hard disk using this tool:

I downloaded this tool earlier in troubleshooting and was unable to discover any type of issue. I just ran a Fast Fix All and it passed again. I do have a backup drive I can install temporarily to try to replicate the issue with, but are there other tests that should be run to verify there are no problems with this drive?

Complete the Long Generic test, then we'll take it from there.
