My system first started to do some weird glitches like holds up for a few moments, than my mouse icon get weird graphics. So upon seeing some things I did Verifier and bam BSOD on the windows logo screen right away and a few times after so I know it a driver. I turn off Verifier and here is my Dump file.

Also attach is my SF_Diagnostic_Tool information attach, I updated all my drivers so not sure what else needs to update, any thoughts?

Hello :) .

The single minidump file isn't much to determine a pattern, the kernel dump is the same one.
You had only one crash and it was with driver verifier enabled,
I don't see how that has anything to do with the mouse cursor having glitches.
What I really think that is happening is the buggy nVidia drivers which are to blame.

Driver Verifier has pointed MBfilt64.sys as an offender, the driver is pretty old, you can update it
but I don't think it's the real issue.

Code:
BugCheck A, {0, 2, 0, fffff800030d9e52}

*** WARNING: Unable to verify timestamp for MBfilt64.sys
*** ERROR: Module load completed but symbols could not be loaded for MBfilt64.sys
Probably caused by : MBfilt64.sys ( MBfilt64+1817 )
Code:
lmvm MBfilt64
start end module name
fffff880`06f6c000 fffff880`06f7a000 MBfilt64 T (no symbols)

You're using 327.23.

Code:
Name NVIDIA GeForce GTX 460
Driver Version 9.18.1[U][B]3.2723[/B][/U]
Please follow the quote below on how to roll back to a more stable version.

Install the 314.22 WHQL only.

  • Uninstall All nvidia items in Control Panel > Programs and features
    • 3D Vision Control Driver
    • 3D Vision Driver
    • Graphics Driver
    • HD Audio Driver
    • PhysX
    • nvidia Update
(Are you using nvidia chipset drivers? If so, dont uninstall anything other than those are listed).
  • Now follow Drivers - Clean Left over Files after Uninstalling
  • Boot normally now. Download 314.22 WHQL. While installing, Select Custom (Advanced) install. In the next page, follow this settings:
