Possibly, but it could also be that the USB drivers (not USB network drivers) are just old.

If you already installed them it is a good option to reinstall in case of corruption.

Depends on if Windows Update is up to date (exception for Windows 10 update)
If Windows Update is up to date then yes.

Update Windows and (re)install the USB drivers for now.
If that doesn't help then run Magician as Laith suggested.
If Magician comes clean, good, positive or something in that way then I would suggest to focus on the USB network adapter:

• using another USB port or
• don't use the USB network adapter or
• update/reinstall the drivers

Hi! This morning, I turn on the pc and after some seconds restart automatically and after bios splash screen I received a screen like number 1 picture. I selected "Launch startup repair" after few seconds I receive a screen like number 2 picture and nothing else.
So, I press the reset button on the case, received again the screen like number 1 picture, I press start normally and all works great.

I have tried, but doesn't work: when I press for searching new update I read searching for a lot of minutes and nothing happens.
So, I have updated the usb 3.0 driver as you told me.
The strange thing is that for example now I have turn up the pc, and all works perfectly, no bsod or error recevery screen.

It takes a long time for Windows Update to completely update, just wait and let it finish.
