BSOD appears only at startup, not appears in a restart.
The pc works correctly in navigation, in games,playing movies etc.

Hello and welcome colorado mate the dump I see is just what you say and the usual fix is to uninstall the Catalyst Control Centre and just run the GPU on it own driver.

I don;t know what the GPU is so I cannot advise you of what it is - some system specs apart from your systeminfo gives would be good. http://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials/180324-system-info-see-your-system-specs.html

The OP is running an Acer Product ID (PID) on a Gigabyte board.
This PID is an oem_slp, oem_slp comes with pre-installed Windows, with the BIOS dating from 2008 this can only be done with a crack.
Troubleshooting a counterfeit installation is useless as it is not known what has been modified to your system.
A counterfeit installation contains heavily modified code which causes the system to behave in unexpected ways.
For this reason, analyzing counterfeit systems is unreliable and most analysts won't try it.

After clean installation of win 7 and drivers, startup is ok with standard vga driver.
After ati driver installation the problem reappears.
