BSOD opeing up adobe file

I was opening a adobe file and got a BSOD.

The crash was a 0x116(VIDEO_TDR_FAILURE) which is related to the graphics.
As this is a one-time crash, it isn't something to worry about. Windows takes the appropriate actions to solve the problem.

However, it may be an idea to check your manufacturer, Lenovo, for driver updates.
