BSOD opeining Skype then Black screen

Hi,

I got BSOD while opening Skype and then black screen came up with multiple random lines on my Acer Aspire one Laptop (picture attached).
I tried to restart, unplug-replug power, press F8. But nothing worked. On pressing F2 I got boot options, that means my screen is working but on pressing F8, the start options are not coming.

Can anyone please suggest something to resolve this issue.

Hi Laith,

I am aware of the posting instruction. But as I mentioned in main post, I am not able to start PC and hence cannot run the executable.
