BSOD opening browse/open file window in any program, error 0x0000001e

I experiencing BSOD every time a “browse/open file” window is launched. For example: when I want to upload a file, or when I am opening any MS office file (word/excel/etc) using “File > Open”, or when I want to attach a file to an email/ forum post, etc.
sfc /scannow did not find anything.
Temporary solution - Disabling Workstation service in msconfig.msc, but I can't use a local area network without this service. Please help me find a permanent solution.
Now Workstation service disabled and I can upload files.

Update Windows 7 fully. If they BSOD reappears after that, follow this and do not interrupt it:

1. Download the DM Log Collector application to your desktop by clicking the link below

DM Log Collector.exe

2. Run it by double-clicking the icon on your desktop, and follow the prompts.
3. Locate the .ZIP file that is created on your desktop, and upload it here in your next reply.
