BSOD opening steam games and alt tabbing during full screen

Unfortunately I forgot to record the error, but next time the BSOD occurs (which is randomly), I'll update this post.

So whenever I open a steam game, or alt tab from a full screen game, I either get the errors: "PAGE IN NONFAULT AREA" or "SYSTEM SERVICE EXEMPTION"

I recently just bought this computer, but this occurred on my old one as well. Any help would be appreciated, and apologizes if I left anything else out.
