Hey guys I have had to come to you I am at my wits end trying to work this out.

System Specifications

Windows 7 Professional 64 bit
This is a custom built box.
The OS running is a MSDN license from my University with the ISO image obtained from the University aswell.

The CPU, Mobo, RAM, PSU and 1 HDD (OS is on this one) is 2 months old.
GPU and 2 other HDD's are about 1 year old.

CPU is an Intel i7 930.
GPU is 9800GTX.
Mobo is an Asus P6T.
PSU is a thermaltake Evo Blue 650w
RAM is OCZ DDR3 3x2GB 1600mhz (ocz3x1600r2lv6gk)

The blue screens have a slight pattern in that they generally happen within the first 5 to 10 mins of booting up cold, it will then normally run fine for hours.

Troubleshooting steps applied

SFC /scannow returns no errors

chkdsk /f /r returns no errors on any disk

OS has been reinstalled with another Image from work BSODS still persist.
(all dmp files are from this install)

Memtest scans receive no errors. (Last scan was for a 16 hour period)

Verifier has been turned (as per post instructions) on no BSODS as a result.

I have set the following settings as per OCZ's instructions for the RAM.
(was BSOD before these settings too)
Set AI Overclock Tuner to {Manual}
Set DRAM Frequency to {1600}
Set QPI/DRAM Core Voltage to {1.35 volts}
Set DRAM Bus Voltage to {1.65 volts}

Set DRAM Timing Control to {Manual}
Set DRAm Timings to CL 8-8-8-24 (CL-TRCD-TRP-TRAS)
Set DRAM Ref Cycle Time to {88 DRAM Clocks}
Set DRAM Timing Mode to {2N}
(these have since been turned off after no change was noticed)

Check for bent CPU pins on mobo (OCZ advice)

Future Trouble Shooting Steps

Test each RAM stick individually (I am currently running MEMTEST on the second stick now, no reported errors on first or second yet)

RMA the RAM

I just want to see if there is any thing i have missed or whether the experts can gather more from the .dmp files then i can't see.

Attached is a heap of Diagnostics and .dmp files.

Let me know if you need to know anything else.
Thanks in advance for your help, i just cant work it out.

Campbell Hi and welcome

I only did the 5 most recent and they do still point to memory corruption. When you ran memtest were you running one stick of ram at a time, and one mobo slot at a time as well?

I also assume you arent overclocking, or under volting.

Try running memtest again using one slot and one stick

Hey Ken,

The initial MEMTEST was with all RAM in which resulted in no errors.

I am currently in the process of testing each RAM dimm individually in the same mobo slot.

Test Results so far:

RAM stick 1 : 8 hours of testing No Errors
RAM stick 2 : Currently Testing
RAM stick 3 : No tested yet

I will have the full results by tomorrow morning. If none result in an error i will then test the Slots individually to check the motherboard.

And nothing is overclocked or underclocked at this moment the only change I did too was mentioned in the initial post which has since been reverted since it changed nothing.

Thanks for your help.
