BSOD Out of Nowhere Nonstop After Welcome Screen

Started happening yesterday, BSOD out of nowhere after a hard reboot.

Booting OK to safe mood, freezes occasionally, but somewhat steady. Can not boot to normal desktop. Here's the kernal dump:
