BSOD Overnight when not using computer- 4x in approx 1 month

Running perfectly since new, approx 4 years old. Windows 7 Home Premium x64 system has crashed 4x with a BSOD in the last couple weeks. I leave my computer on, and when I return in the morning, the computer was shut down. I had a case fan go bad so figured I would try replacing that, and also replaced the power supply while I was at it, to see if that would remedy the issue. Ran fine for a few days, and woke up again this morning to a shut down computer.
I will also note that the case fan connector on the mother board seems to be going bad, as the new case fan did just sputtered and would try, but not get turning. I ended up plugging it in to another fan terminal on the motherboard and it runs fine now.
The computer never crashes or shuts down while I am using it. It always happens overnight, and find it shut down when I come down to work in the morning. Actually, I have had no problems at all since I bought the computer about 4 years ago.

Can anyone help me identify/fix the problem? I am hoping not to have to do a clean install if avoidable. I would be more than happy provide any other information I can that may help?

My system is a Asus Essentio Series with an Intel Core i7-2600CPU @ 3.40GHz., 8 GB RAM, C: drive is a 1TB SATA. I have 3 other external portable hard drives connected via USB that I use 1 for work, 1 for back up, and the other as a second back up and has some older files on it.

Edit: I apologize, the subject line is incorrect, it has not been a month, but more like 2 weeks started on 3/30/15, again on 4/3, 4/9 and again this morning.

Welcome to 7F. I'll take a look at your logs and see if I can help you resolve your issues.

All of your four dumps are pointing to a driver that belongs to NetGear Genie. It's very old and the resolution probably lies in a firmware update. Details on how can be found here.

Gav is correct - its Netgear genie causing the issue.

Thank you so very much! I updated the firmware to the newest one that was available.
Hope that solves the issue.
Just out of curiosity, how would older router firmware cause BSOD & shut down issues?

Its not easy to tell why, but essentially the outdated firmware and the Windows system drivers clash to a point where the system becomes unstable and Windows crashes.

Hi Gentlemen,
Well I thought I had the problem solved with your help, but the computer has done the same thing 2x again in the past couple weeks. The latest being early this morning. Same issue, runs fine, then BSOD overnight and I wake up to shut down computer with BSOD error warning at start up.

It's NetGear Genie again. The driver is still old, look for an updated version to go with the firmware update.

Di I need a new version of npf.sys ? if so, where do I find an updated version?

The software version in the "about" window is 2.3.1.57 copyright 2014
The Firmware version V1.0.0.38_1.0.61per the web based router access

I was just going to buy a new non-Netgear router, but have disabled Genie for now.
Any thoughts?
