BSOD Page FAULT IN A NON PAGED AREA

My problem is that every time I boot the computer it boots to the same BSOD Page Fault in a Non Paged Area. I have tried ChkDsk/f/r and swaping out RAM. I have run windows memory diagnostics tool with no errors. I can boot in safe mode but I don't know how to analyze the memory dump to pinpoint the error. Attached is the windows memory dump.
