BSOD [page fault in non paged area] on wakeup & during sleep. 0x050
I apologize if this specific issue has been addressed in a previous thread, I've spent a few hours searching but couldn't find anyone with my specific hardware configuration with a similar issue.
Machine is about 8 months old. Built by cyberpower pc. Worked great for a few months, then started getting BSoDs on wakeup, always on wakeup. The error codes were random so I updated Windows(I never update unless I have a problem) and that seemed to fix it for a while. Now they've begun every day. They were occurring during sleep(auto sleep), and when I turned my machine on it was already blue screened. So I started sleeping my machine manually, and now it seems to occur within 15s of waking up the machine.
Windows 7 home premium 64b
Intel core i7 3.3Ghz
16gb ram
Dual 1TB hard drives with Raid 1 w/Intel controller
Nvidia Geforce GTX560Ti
I sincerely appreciate the time and assistance of anyone who can point me in the right direction.
edit: forgot to attach the SF_Diag zip.
