I have read through this complete thread again and I think it's time to start with square one.
Lets get back to basics.

Things I have noticed.

1. Lot of video things installed. Programs and hardware.
Recommend removing all externals except mouse, keyboard, monitor. If possible disconnect from all routers and switches. No T.V.s, Xbox ect. Remove all video programs like HD-Homerun,
BoyJ.
Something is causing you video card errors and it doesn't seem like it the video cards or drivers.

2. Post #2 you state you have a monitor sleep problem and I don't see where that problem was taken care of.
Put all sleep, hibernation, power savings to (never)

3.Panda is a no no at this time. You state you have remove it. Well maybe. Their still can be some things hanging around like it's Cloud program. That need to be double checked.

4. You state you have a problem with Volume Shadow Copy. Post #65.
I don't see where that problem was solved.

5. You state you have changed the power supply. If those power supplies are modular did you use the matching power supply cables or just change the power supplies and not the cables.

6. You state you replaced the motherboard. Are you positive that their are not extra standoffs.
No mater how many time you change the motherboard, if their is a extra standoff you got problems.

---------------------------------------
If it was my computer I would also be frustrated so I would start over with nothing but the mouse, keyboard, monitor and internet hooked up.
No X-Box other drives, printers, T.V., hubs of any kind ect.

1. I would verify that all hardware is installed properly, (again) Do not hook up other drives at this time. Just the ssd to install Windows on. Lets keep it basic and simple.

2. Install Windows 7 again plus all updates. Windows 7 rarely need drivers updated when installing. It's pretty much driver complete. Read the forum tutorial on how to do it to make sure no steps are missed.

3. Install MSE only and all updates.

4. Then I would post another MGADiag log and request Noel to have a look to verify their is not problems. Noel is one of our experts on such things.

5. At that time I would start adding hardware one at a time and running the computer and see if problems happen. At this time I would stay away from USB hubs, and X-Boxes and Switches of any kind. Lets keep it simple.

6. Now I would run the ssd tool box and make sure the firmware is up to date and run the optimizer to verify things are okay.

--------------------------------------------
At this time your system should be a fresh properly installed hardware and operating system with the ssd set as it should be. MSE installed. Don't do anything inside Windows to change memory setting, VSS settings. Have all your Sleep, Hibernatin, and power savings to Never. You can always change things later. Lets keep it simple at this time.

Now use your system for a few days and see if problems arise.
If no problems arise start adding things one at a time and test. Monitor the temps at all times.
This is the only way I know of at this time to isolate the problem.

Note #1:
With pen and paper make notes of what you have done, when and results.

Note #2:
It's hard for me to believe that at this time it's bad hardware if it was installed properly. It has been tested too many times and passed.

Note #3:
Don't hate me for all this extra work but it is what I would do if it was my computer.

Personal note:
The steps that Steve has guided you through should of pointed to your problem.
Many are the same step I would of used. Why the real ugly duckling hasn't been found with all the test and new hardware I really don't know.

Hi Layback Bear, thank you for taking a look at the thread, and for your suggestions. I agree, a step-by-step approach with me keeping track of all changes makes good sense. To answer a few of your questions, I do have a clean install now since Panda was previously installed, so there is no remnant of that, only MSE. Since that most recent clean install (about 4 days ago when I installed the new SSD), I've had no VSS errors, and I've only had it on no sleep. Monitor has been waking just fine as well.

I will look at the standoffs again to be sure, but pretty confident they are fine.

New power supply is modular and yes I used all matching cables with the new supply.

I have a full work week starting in the morning, so it may be slow going, but I'll try to start tackling everything tomorrow.

stavesacre03, The suggestions made by Layback Bear are excellent suggestions and I would double check each one. I would also like you to try one more thing. Please go to add/remove programs and post a screenshot (http://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials/9733-screenshots-files-upload-post-seven-forums.html) of all the programs you have installed so we can see if there is any software causing your problems. If it takes more than 1 screenshot, that is no problem. Also, please post a screenshot of Disk Management. This will tell you how. We want to see the upper and lower part of the screenshot. http://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials/274797-disk-management-post-screen-capture-image.html

stavesacre03, the first thing I notice is you have Nvidia PhysX installed, but no Display driver. You also have drive G and drive E as marked Active. They should not be active. Although it does not show on your screenshot, It doesn't look likr drive F is marked active.

Please reinstall your Nvidia Drivers using this method http://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials/327414-nvidia-drivers-avoid-problems.html. I'm not sure how that can happen as the display driver is not an option you can de select. You have to have a display driver installed.

Also, please mark Drive G and E as inactive. This will tell you how. http://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials/197157-partition-mark-inactive.html If you need further instructions, please let me know. It is pretty simple. But, be careful and do nothing to drive C or the System Reserved. If you mark System Reserved inactive, you will not boot.

Why is drive D & G Active?

A Clean Install does not have all that stuff installed like you show in you post #125.

When you get time I recommend a Clean Install with out adding all that stuff.
Back to basics.

What mouse and keyboard are you using??

Hi guys, first off I'm not sure why drives D and G were active. This has been changed.

Regarding Nvidia physx, that automatically installed when I added Steam or Furmark or one of those (there was no uncheck option). I have an AMD card and only those display drivers.

Layback Bear, I haven't had a chance to do the clean install since you recommended last night. I have a Logitech wireless keyboard that is fairly old. mouse is wired usb Tt Esports Theron.

Edit: keyboard is model y-rj20. I would guess it is about 10 years old, but never had any problems.

Hi Steve. :)

My I suggest stavesacre03 to use 13.12 WHQL as a test?

Some R9 cards run fine with this driver, and with a 14.something beta, I forgot the build number but Derek must know it.

If it runs well with either of these two drivers, it will be good.

2. Install Windows 7 again plus all updates. Windows 7 rarely need drivers updated when installing. It's pretty much driver complete. Read the forum tutorial on how to do it to make sure no steps are missed.

Shall I use this installation tutorial since I have an upgrade disc?: http://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials/31402-clean-install-upgrade-windows-7-version.html?filter=[2=]=General%20Tips

I can also burn an iso if that is cleaner. Windows 7 Direct Download Links, Official Disk Images from Digital River

OK, clean install done. Only have the SSD and one DVD-Rom plugged in, along with monitor, mouse and keyboard. Internet via wifi, not connected to router or any other devices at this time.

All hardware double checked and I'm sure is installed correctly, including motherboard, CPU, RAM, video card, power plugs, etc.

I have MSE installed as well as Chrome with Adblock. Nothing else. Is Chrome a no-no right now?

I haven't installed video card driver at this time. Shall I install per Arc's suggestion of 13.12 WHQL or get most current Omega 14.12 or latest beta?

Just my opinion.
At the present time if you are not having problems with your video just leave it along.
Windows Updates probably installed needed drivers.

Check in Device Manager/View/Show Hidden Devices and see if any thing has been pointed out as a problem. If you do please post a picture. Don't update them at this time.

Remember that drivers installed by Windows Updates not only have been approved by the creator but also tested and approved by Microsoft. They will be older than the new ones you find on the manufactures website because of the time it takes Microsoft to test the drivers.
At this time we are not looking for new drivers, we are looking for drivers that work.

Your log looks good to me but I will ask Noel to take a look just to make sure.

Remember it's step at a time.
Just leave Chrome installed at this time.
If you could just use your computer a day or so. Things like your normal web searching, watch something on Hulu ect.
If no problems arise then hardwire your system to the internet through the router as normal and give it a test.

You might have to reboot your router, modem and computer when you do this.
Then check Windows 7 Update again. You could check for Windows 7 Updates a few times a day manually. I do and it doesn't hurt anything.

This is how I keep my Windows Updates set. Of course you will have to do updates manually. This way you can check what updates get installed before installing them.

stavesacre03, I agree with Jack and Arc. Leave it as close as you can to a pure vanilla install for as long as possible. We know Windows filed will not cause a BSOD unless they are missing or corrupt. Once you know for sure that it is stable the way it is, install another program, and test it. If everything goes well, install another and test. It will take you a much longer time to do the reinstall, but if you start having BSODs, you will know which program it is. That is a much safer way to run it, and identify your problem. Don't plug any external devices into it, as long as you are testing. Then 1 at a trime.

Noel took a peek at your MGDiag log and he saw no problems. That is good.

I want to also state just like Steve said. One step at a time.
Don't start installing a bunch of things until we know we are solid where we are at this time.

Normally all this one step at a time is not need but we do have a problems system.
So lets find out what the problem is. At this time after all the time testing and money spent I know of no other way but one step at a time.

OK, thanks for looking at everything. Since the BSOD's previously were typically 1-3 days apart, I think I need to wait about 3 days before I do anything else. Here's device manager in case you are interested. I don't see anything as an issue at this time.

In Device Manager make sure you go to the top and tick on View and select Show Hidden Devices.

I have never known Real Temp to cause a problem so I recommend downloading and installing so you can monitor your temps.
Watch you download and install carefully so you don't get any tag along's offered.

Real Temp - CPU temperature monitoring

If its clean just use your system for 3 days and get back to us. Or if you have a problem post sooner.

Take a read through these Tutorials. They will be the next things I will ask you to install. I use the Malwarebytes Premium version myself.

If every thing is still working properly this will be the next thing to do. I use the free version and it works well.

Thank you Steve. I forgot it. Fixed now.

I'm thinking after three days of good computing and then adding Malwarebytes and a image it will be time to add one piece of plug in hardware at a time and see what happens.
What do you think Steve?

OK, thanks guys. I thought I did hit display hidden devices in device manager, but will double check when I'm home from work. Will also install Real Temp and look at those tutorials as well. Thanks again.
