Hi and thanks for looking at this for me. Dell PC was purchased in Sept of this year. For the past week, I've noticed at least a few times coming home and noticing the PC powered down. There would've been no indication of a problem other than that and a radeon card message in the systray about settings restored due to a system failure. I got the BSOD after I started in safe mode w/networking just to see if anything turned up. I restarted from that point and that's when the BSOD occurred and the minidump file was created. I have noted just a few anomalies with this PC: sometimes a quick buzz when playing a game or an audio file and older games that worked on WinXP SP3 not working after installing on this new pc. I guess maybe that's expected though(?). Not sure.
Hello and welcome Mitch mate if you can get into safe mode - just sfae mode run these for starters SFC /SCANNOW Command - System File Checker Disk Check < if necessary include the /f and /r in the command line as per Option2
Because in the dumps there is something to do with I think the event viewer - a basic feature of Windows .
Now keep in mind the machine is still under warranty before you go doing anything substantial with it.
