BSOD perhaps GPU related

I'm running x64 bit 7 Home Premium on a Alienware M11x R2. I just reformatted (they give you a real 7 DVD) and exchanged drives for an SSD but I still get the BSODs.

I only use the system for WoW, email, and to edit my pictures--so I don't have a large program base to troubleshoot--but it only crashes in WoW, and completely randomly at that.

Things I have done:
Ran a FULL suite of Memtest passes with 100% pass.
Ran the full suite of Dell diagnostics pre-boot
Forced the optimus to always use the Nvidia GPU when running WoW
Have the latest video drivers from Nvidia as of last week.

Temps idle (measured in RealTemp) 45 and while running WoW peaks at 56.

It didn't always crash--used to run beautifully but I have only had it for about 3 months now...

Any ideas? I attached the report.

Hi Bananapie and welcome to SF
The crashreports in fact point at your NVIDEA driver but I found, that you still share IRQs and Memory with Intel HD graphics (the Intel-build in graphics solution)
See if you can disable that in BIOS and let us know if that changes anything.
(I'm not an Intel guy but you should find that under "Integrated Peripherals" or similar)

Code:
0xB1400000-0xB17FFFFF	Intel(R) HD Graphics	OK
0xA0000000-0xAFFFFFFF	Intel(R) HD Graphics	OK
