BSOD:PFN LIST Corrupt (Dump Included)

Hi i just got this blue screen of death a moment ago and was wondering if someone could help me find the cause by analysing the dump file, thanks in advance for any help

BSOD occured when chrome was running, reinstall it and update your Networking drivers

BugCheck 4E, {99, 9a47, 3, fb06}

Probably caused by : memory_corruption ( nt!MiBadShareCount+4c )

Remove Asus PC probe or any Asus related monitoring tools

Regarding the ASACPI.sys go to C:\Windows\System32\Drivers and rename ASACPI.sys to ASACPI.old.

Thanks for the quick reply im going to rename the asus driver and windows update has been asking me to update my network drivers which i will do and reinstall chrome thanks for the help much appreciated
