BSOD - PFN List Error

Please help me with the BSOD error - PFN List

I have done a fresh install of Windows 7 Ultimate just because I was not able to do windows update and regular BSODs. Now my windows update is working fine, but BSOD still continuing. Yesterday I had a BSOD which is PFN List error and it is the first one after new install.

Probably caused by : memory_corruption ( nt!MiBadShareCount+4c )

BugCheck 24, {1904fb, fffff8800295de18, fffff8800295d670, fffff80002bf8617}

Probably caused by : ntkrnlmp.exe ( nt!ExAllocatePoolWithTag+537 )

Run SeaTools(DO NOT RUN FOR SSDS) http://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials/313457-seatools-dos-windows-how-use.html

Run sfc /scannow and chkdsk /r.
Install the latest updates from Windows Update.

Do the exact same steps for chkdsk /r but instead of typing in sfc /scannow type chkdsk /r.
