BSOD playing Amazon music with Firefox open atikmpag.sys and Stop 116

This has happened to me twice in the last week or so. I've uploaded the zip file from the tool.
atikmpag.sys and Stop 116 show up on the BSOD
Restart in Safe Mode is fine.
I have a two monitor display setup.
I usually also have Mozilla Thunderbird open as well as Mozilla Firefox and playing music from Amazon.
My AVG has been detecting Zperm over the last few weeks as well.

of it is an 0x116:

STOP 0x00000116: VIDEO_TDR_ERROR

Usual causes: Video driver, overheating, bad video card, ?BIOS, ?Power to card


check that your graphics driver is up to date first.

Thanks for your reply. I did check my graphics card driver the first time this happened, and it is up to date.
I will pull out my tower and check the vents today to make sure there is no dust blockage and clean it regardless.
