You will need to either uninstall the drivers and reinstall the latest version or perform a clean installation of the driver.
DRIVERS
The following drivers need to be updated:

Code:
Alpham164.sys Mon Jul 23 17:57:03 2007
Alpham264.sys Tue Mar 20 20:51:03 2007
Rt64win7.sys Thu Feb 26 20:04:13 2009
irsir.sys Sat Jan 19 17:36:11 2008
These drivers can be found by searching them in Google and then finding the associated software or driver. Finally, find the latest version of this driver or software and download and install it. Some of the drivers may also be found here (if the driver says 'Windows Update' simply make sure all Windows Updates are installed).

You should also update any other drivers you can think of including graphics, audio, chipset, SSD etc.
HARDWARE
You have a hardware error (0x124). Read the following thread and see if any of it's fixes work.
http://www.sevenforums.com/crash-lockup-debug-how/35349-stop-0x124-what-means-what-try.html

Among the fixes in the above thread are a few stress tests. Before you do any of the other fixes mentioned in the thread, you should run these tests:

Test your RAM using Memtest86+. Let it run until 6-8 passes have completed or errors have been found.
http://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials/105647-ram-test-memtest86.html

Test your video card using Furmark. Watch your machine's temps and stop the test if it starts to overheat or artifacts appear on the screen.
http://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials/100356-video-card-stress-test-furmark.html

Test your hardware using Prime95. Watch your machine's temps and stop the test if it starts to overheat. Let it run for up to 2 hours or until errors have been found.
http://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials/100352-hardware-stress-test-prime95.html

Stress test your CPU using Intel Burn Test.
http://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials/220743-cpu-stress-test-using-intelburntest.html

Run a chkdsk on the system partition to check for bad sectors or system errors.
http://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials/433-disk-check.html
SOFTWARE
You have AVG installed, is that correct? At least to test, uninstall it and install MSE (Microsoft Security Essentials) instead.
Microsoft Security Essentials - Free Antivirus for Windows

You will need to remove any CD virtualization programs such as Daemon Tools and Alcohol 120%. They use a driver that was found in your dump called sptd.sys which is notorious for causing BSOD's.Use the below SPTD uninstaller to uninstall the driver...
DuplexSecure - Downloads

...and then install the freeware, MagicDisk (MagicISO Virtual CD/DVD-ROM).

Does this apply to me? I am using AMD CPU. Not sure if it matters.

Watch your machine's temps and stop the test if it starts to overheat
What could I use to monitor the temps and at what point is it over heating?

This is a Microsoft driver, and my updates up to date, so I'm not sure how to update this one.

Thanks for all your help!!!

Seeing your questions, I have one of my own for you Bubka3: Did you open any of the links provided? Did you read Jaidyn's post about where to update the drivers if they say 'Windows Update' next to them?

All of your questions have already been answered within Jaidyn's post if you also read through the information in the links.

Apparently it still works for AMD CPUs.

What could I use to monitor the temps and at what point is it over heating?
I personally would use GPU-Z but you can also use programs such as MSI Afterburner and HWiNFO64 which are just as good.

This is a Microsoft driver, and my updates up to date, so I'm not sure how to update this one.
Just make sure all Windows updates are installed. Also make sure the other driver I've listed are updated.
