Hello,

I suspect this is a Direct X problem.

Hi Nevica,

It seems there are no.dmp files present in your .zip attachment, please run the SF Tool again
and click "Grab All", wait for each window to open and click ok.

Also please reconfigure windows to collect the correct info
You want small memory dumps - "MiniDumps"

And here are the instructions for posting:

I am sorry about that. I have had trouble with the .dmp files. I have just checked them (there should have been three but they have disappeared). I tried to move them to the desktop and then send to compressed but it didn't work. I put them back in the Windows dump folder but they seem to have disappeared!!!

Sorry about that.

When I get another BSOD I'll post it.

I have no idea where the .dmp files are!

You could try looking in the following location:

C:\windows\minidump

If the files are not there then post a new log once you experience another crash

Hope this helps.

Hi There,

That's where I retrieved the .dmp files from and put them back to. But they have disappeared!! It has done this a few times now!!

Hopefully won't get another BSOD but its unlikely!

If you do experience another BSOD, use the SF Tool, dont try to copy the files from minidump,
the SF Tool will collect the dumps for you in a folder on your desktop automatically,
just click the "Grab All" button and wait for each window to pop up and click ok.

cheers
