BSOD playing Counter-strike:GLOBAL OFFENSIVE, error 0xc00000e9

so, my pc freeze and make same sound every few minutes mostly on every game and even browsing my pc files, please help me, almost every time i try to rum my pc i get blue screen error with code: 0xc00000e9
