Hello everyone,

I have a BSOD issue and I don´t know how to fix it. As I've seen so far the BSOD error codes are not always the same and this BSOD's happens while playing any game like CS:GO or Dota2 and sometimes just while watching a video on youtube or closing teamspeak.

I've used the program recommended at "BSOD - Posting Instructions" and uploaded the zip file created.

Hope someone can help me

hello WilliamBradshaw, welcome to Seven Forums. I will try to help you with this. I looked at your last 6 dump files. 3 of them listed your Graphics driver and there were several mentions of hard drive controllers and/or file systems.

Code:
nvlddmkm
start end module name
fffff880`0f40e000 fffff880`1004f000 nvlddmkm T (no symbols)
    Loaded symbol image file: nvlddmkm.sys

    Translations: 0000.04b0 0000.04e4 0409.04b0 0409.04e4

Which is your graphics driver which needs updating.

Code:

Which is your Realtek High Definition Audio Driver which is also out of date

Code:
dump_iaStorA
start end module name
fffff880`0421e000 fffff880`044eb000 dump_iaStorA T (no symbols)

This is part of your SATA Controller which gives access to your hard drives during a crash dump.
Unloaded modules:
fffff880`0422c000 fffff880`044f9000 dump_iaStorA

As you noted, the bug codes are almost all different which suggests that there is possibly an underlying issue involved. Also, almost all of your driver appear to be outdated.

I would suggest you go to your Motherboard's web site Motherboards - SABERTOOTH Z87 - ASUS and see if you can find updated Motherboard drivers.

Also, please update your Graphics driver using this method http://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials/327414-nvidia-drivers-avoid-problems.html

Please open a elevated command prompt ( click start, type cmd in the search box, right click on the cmd entry and select run as administrator) in the black box that opens, copy/paste sfc /scannow. If you decide to type it, notice the space between the sfc and the /. It is a system file checker which will scan your system files and attempt to correct any missing or corrupt files. What we want are the results to say windows found no integrity violations. If it says files were found but could not be repaired, close the box, reboot and run it again, after opening the administrative command prompt. You may have to reboot and run it three times for it to repair all system files. If it can't repair them after 3 reboots, let us know.

Try those things and let us know if your problem improves any. I would also like to mention that one of the games you mentioned, CS GO is a game that a lot of people seem to have problems with. I don't know why, but many do. It is not one of the games I play so I can give you no suggestions about it.

I would also suggest you make sure your SSD Firmware is up to date and that you run Check Disk on all of your Mechanical hard drives.

Also, if you are overclocking anything, please set it back to default levels, at least until we can get you stable.

So I've updated every driver I can think of: Chipset, LAN, Sound, USB, AHCI, Asmedia, Graphics card (GeForce experience included) SSD Firmware and all Windows updates. Also I've done sfc /scannow and no errors were detected. Now I'm running check disk on my mechanical hard drives. I'll let you know the results.

Please do. if you happen to get another BSOD, please run the BSOD posting instructions again and post the results here in a new post. Just so you know, if you post a new post, I am notified of the fact. If you edit an old post, I am not notified.

I've checked both disks, one had no issues, the ATA ST3500630AS SCSI Disk Device (500 GB, 7200 RPM, SATA-II had some sector issues but were fixed, I've also done a full scan with antivirus and malwarebytes and fix the registry with Ccleaner. At this point I cant think of anything more to do. If BSOD comes again I'll post the issue.

Many thanks for your time essenbe.

BTW is there any info where I can learn more about BSOD and how to find the problem?
